Participating vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area no later than 4:30 pm (you can come as early as 4:15pm). The parking lot team can help direct you to a spot in the parking lot. Once parked, open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle. There are some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory. Possible ideas include: a Halloween theme, sports, comic characters, etc. Decorations can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish. Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids! Compliment costumes, meet families, and have fun! For candy, please only bring store-bought individually wrapped treats. Or consider giving out a non-candy treat (i.e., bubbles, other small prizes). Last year this event had over 500 children attend. Please only hand out one piece of candy per child so you don’t run out!
This year’s event is 1 hour, it will end at 6 pm. For safety reasons, please plan to stay parked and decorated until 6 pm. After 6, you may break down your decorations and leave. No pets are allowed at this event.
Candy Donations: We are indeed of donations of bags of candy, bubbles, and other small prizes for our trunk or treaters. Please send all donations to the main office by Friday, October 24th. Any donations are greatly appreciated!
